When you request an estimate, place an order, send a file, or contact us, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, company, email address, phone number, project details, and any files you upload.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to respond to your requests, prepare estimates, process and produce your orders, send proofs, arrange pickup, delivery or shipping, and provide customer service.
Sharing of Information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We will not intentionally share the personal information of our customers with other businesses or individuals, except with service providers who help us operate our business (for example, shipping carriers or our messaging platform), and only as needed to serve you, or when required by law.
Text Messaging (SMS)
If you opt in to receive text messages by checking the optional text-message box on our Request an Estimate or Place a New Order form, we use your mobile phone number to send customer care messages about your estimate requests, orders, proofs, pickup or delivery, and customer service. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or reply HELP for help.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Information may be shared only with service providers (such as our SMS messaging platform) that deliver messages on our behalf.
